SEITZ FUNDRAISING – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

1. LICENSE GRANT
   Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use services for fundraising.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
   Users must provide accurate info, act ethically, comply with laws including TCPA, and respect privacy.
3. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
   Only approved messages, must follow opt-out rules and legal compliance.
4. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND DELIVERY
   All sales subject to availability. Delivery times not guaranteed. Shipments may be split.
5. FEES AND COMMISSIONS
   Disclosed prior to campaigns. Subject to change due to market conditions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All branding and materials owned by Seitz Fundraising.
7. DATA & PRIVACY
   Users agree not to misuse customer data.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   Not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delivery issues.
9. TERMINATION
   Access may be revoked for violations or misuse.
10. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT
    Continued use = acceptance of updates.
11. GOVERNING LAW
    State of Texas.

13. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
    All sales final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. School deliveries become school responsibility. Home delivery 3–5 weeks. Report issues within 24 hours.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
    User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seitz Fundraising from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse, violations of law, or breach of this Agreement.
